Brandan Stein co-founded Mindset Recovery with his wife, Owner and CEO Teresa Stein, driven by a mission to help people achieve true sobriety. Brandan’s personal battle with alcohol and substance abuse began in 2017. Through a challenging recovery journey, he found crucial support in treatment centers and the recovery community.

From a life on the brink to a beacon of hope, Garet McLendon’s journey is a testament to the power of recovery. Once entrenched in a world of chaos with Alcohol and substance abuse, Garet turned his life around and ended up in treatment in 2013. Since then, he has transformed his passion for recovery into a mission to help others find their path to wellness.

With over 24 years of clinical experience Vindell has dedicated his life to helping others. As a Master Addiction Specialist his career is now his passion and his 26yrs of personal recovery has become his drive to be a vision of hope for those seeking recovery. Vindell’s belief is simple, change the mindset change the Addict!
Program Manager
Amanda Seely serves as Program Manager, overseeing admissions, daily operations, and client care to ensure compassionate and effective treatment. She has over 3.5 years of experience across detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and sober living settings, with a focus on relapse prevention and trauma-informed, client-centered care.
Amanda’s work is deeply informed by her own long-term recovery journey after struggling with addiction for over half her life. She is passionate about helping individuals rediscover hope and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
LMFT
Sharon is a licensed therapist who specializes in substance use and the underlying factors that contribute to it. Using a systems approach, she helps clients explore how relationships, environment, and past experiences influence present challenges. Her work is grounded in strengths-based practices, mindfulness, and she is trained in EMDR to support clients in safely processing trauma and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.
